We strive to ensure the offenders are treated professionally and fairly. For any difficult and unclear situations we propose them an Appeals & Complaints Procedure.
All appeals should be made in writing within 60 days of the event and sent directly to:
Appeals Manager
MCPS Ltd
Unit 11, Tramore Commercial Park,
Tramore Road,
Cork
Or alternatively you can send an e-mail to appeals@mcps-ireland.com
The Appeals Form you can download here.
If your complaint relates to the clamping of your vehicle, please include the copy of a receipt and your vehicle’s registration details in your correspondence.
We are committed to investigating all appeals thoroughly and fairly and aim to respond within 21 days of your letter to advise you of the outcome.
If you are dissatisfied with the decision made on your first Appeal you may challenge that decision through an Independent Appeals Service provided by National Transport Authority (NTA). The Clamping Appeals Officer from NTA will only adjudicate on your appeal after the first level appeal has been submitted to and rejected by MCPS Ltd. Contact details for this service will be provided to you by MCPS Ltd.
